As manufacturers of cardboard packaging, we offer hinged lid boxes in both standard and custom dimensions. We have large-size hinged lid packaging and pallet-sized hinged lid boxes in our offer. We produce them from high-grammage 3- and 5-layer cardboard, which makes them characterized by very high tear resistance. At the customer's request, we use cardboard with kraftliner paper, which is characterized by greater resistance to moisture than ordinary testliner cardboard.
Our offer is enriched by adjustable-height flap boxes. The dimensions of such packaging can be changed and successfully adapted to different product sizes. A simple action, such as notching the corners, allows for a change in the box's height. Upon special request from the client, we perform high-quality flexographic printing on flap packaging. This is an inexpensive and durable form of advertising that will allow recipients to identify the sender more quickly.

A flap box is the most popular type of corrugated cardboard box, consisting of four side walls and two pairs of flaps forming the bottom and lid. After folding the top and bottom flaps along the creasing lines, a closed box ready for packing is created. It does not require a die-cutter, which translates to lower production costs and shorter lead times. As a manufacturer of flap boxes, we design each packaging tailored to a specific product and method of transport, maintaining adequate protection with minimal material consumption.
We manufacture regular slotted cartons in a very wide range of sizes, from small shipping boxes to large transport cartons with a maximum sheet format of approx. 2400 × 5000 mm. Dimensions are determined individually at the quotation stage, tailoring the length, width, and height to the specific product and logistical requirements. Each custom-sized regular slotted carton is priced individually, taking into account the product weight, packaging method, and the customer's logistical requirements.
We produce flap cartons from 3- and 5-layer corrugated cardboard in flutes E, B, C, EB, BC, and others, with basis weights ranging from 296 to 1050 g/m². The choice of cardboard type depends on the product's weight, strength requirements, and transport conditions. We will advise on the optimal material at the quotation stage.
