Minimum order quantity – from how many pieces do we start production?
Our minimum production quantity depends on the type of packaging. For standard packaging, we start from 500 pieces, while for larger dimension packaging, we can start production from 100 pieces.
Lead time – how long does the process take from inquiry to delivery?
Our packaging production assumes a minimum lead time of 5 to 7 business days for pads and simple designs, and 7 to 10 business days for slotted and standard packaging. Projects requiring a new die, prototype, or print are completed within 10 to 14 business days. The exact delivery date is confirmed after determining the scope of the order.
Project - are you preparing visualizations and prototypes?
Yes. Before launching mass production, we can prepare a packaging prototype for physical approval and a visualization of the graphic design. Prototyping allows for verification of the packaging's fit with the product and assessment of the print's appearance before the full series is approved. This is a stage that realistically reduces the risk of costly errors.
Emphasis – what technologies and limitations do we have in personalization?
We perform flexographic printing up to 4 colors directly on corrugated cardboard. The print can include logos, brand colors, logistical marks, and product information. We discuss the detailed scope of printing during the project phase.
